Pack your item(s) with the printed form in a box or padded envelope and mail it in. Detailed instructions will print with the completed form.

*In the event the product has been discontinued or is no longer available, it will be replaced with the closest product we do have available.
What's Covered
These issues are covered under the Classic Insulated Lifetime Guarantee.

Seal Failure
The inner wall detaches from outer wall or if there is moisture between the two walls.

Cracked
Cracking around opening or on the bottom of drinkware.

Decoration Failure
Decoration has become detached.

Heat Distortion
Drinkware walls are raised and distorted.

Exterior Sunscreen/Film/Fog
Sunscreen or other elements have caused a discoloration, film or fog on the outside of the drinkware and cannot be removed.
What's Not Covered
Wear and Tear
Tumblers damaged due to improper care, abuse or normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching) will not be replaced.
Non-Tumbler Limited Edition Products

Accessories
e.g., Lids and Handles
Intent to Resell, Warranty Abuse/Excessive Returns
Tervis Guarantees apply to products used for personal use only. Commercial use or pre-owned drinkware intended for resale falls outside of our Guarantees and will not be replaced. Products determined to be purchased on the secondary market (e.g., from a yard sale) will not be replaced. Tervis reserves the right to limit or refuse replacement based on customer return history.
Intentional Damage
Products determined to have been intentionally damaged will not be replaced.
Other Considerations
Tervis reserves the right to limit and/or refuse the replacement of products based on but not limited to the above conditions.
Product replacement is at the sole discretion of Tervis; Tumbler must be physically inspected by Tervis prior to replacement.
