Personalized products are non-refundable.
Tervis reserves the right to reject a personalization request for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to Tervis not wishing such personalization to be placed on its products.
Restricted Personalized Content
Tervis cannot legally allow the use of third party logos, or other trademarked or copyrighted names, etc.
Profanity - offensive language, slogans or acronyms deemed inappropriate, derogatory, or profane is not allowed.
Licensed products have specific personalization guidelines and restrictions outlined below:
Examples of acceptable collegiate personalization are:
- Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, etc.
- Family title with first name: Grandpa Joe, Aunt Jenny
- First name and first initial of last name: Joe K.
- Titles with first name: Dr. Joe, Miss Jenny
- Two Names: Joe and Jenny
- Nick Names: Buddy, Skipper, Chip
- Congrats with first name: Congrats Joe
- Best Mom, Best Dad, Best Grandpa, etc.
- #1 Dad, #1 Grandma, etc.
- Thanks Dad, Thanks Nana, etc.
- Class of (year)
- #1 Fan
- Class Reunion (year)
- My Team, Our Team, Go Team!
- Alumni
- Congrats Graduate, Class of 2011
Collegiate tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Last Names
- References to current or former players/coaches
- School/team names
- Use of the word "coach"
- Player's numbers
- School slogans
NFL tumblers may only be personalized with one of the following:
- First Name
- First & Last Name
- Personal Nickname
- Initials
- Sayings & NFL-approved slogans (i.e. "Go Bears")
- NFL team name
NFL tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Current player's name, nickname or likeness
- Reference to alcohol, drugs, tobacco-related products or illegal products
- Political slogans or words
MLB tumblers may only be personalized with one of the following:
- First name
- First & last name
- Personal nickname
- Initials
- MLB team name
MLB tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Player's number
- Team slogan (i.e. "Go Cubbies")
- Stadium name
- Corporate name (i.e. Canon)
- Current player's name, nickname or likeness
- Reference to alcohol, drugs, tobacco-related products or illegal products
- Political slogans or words
NBA tumblers may only be personalized with one of the following:
- Personal Names (i.e. "John or John Smith")
- Personal Nickname (i.e. "Mom, Dad, Grandpa")
- Personal Initials (i.e. "DAE")
- Personal Monograms (i.e. "ABC")
NBA tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Player's name, nickname or likeness
NHL tumblers may only be personalized with one of the following:
- Personal Names (i.e. "John or John Smith")
- Personal Nickname (i.e. "Mom, Dad, Grandpa")
- Personal Initials (i.e. "DAE")
- Personal Monograms (i.e. "ABC")
NHL tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Player's name, nickname or likeness
Salt Life tumblers may only be personalized with one of the following:
- Personal Names (i.e. "John or John Smith")
- Personal Nickname (i.e. "Mom, Dad, Grandpa")
- Personal Initials (i.e. "DAE")
- Personal Monograms (i.e. "ABC")
Salt Life tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Names of any celebrity (Historical or present day)
- Advertising of any business, product or services of a third party
- Reference to drugs, medication or alcohol
- Political party associations (e.g. Republican, Democratic)
Warner Brothers tumblers may only be personalized with one of the following:
- Personal Names (i.e. "John or John Smith")
- Personal Nickname (i.e. "Mom, Dad, Grandpa")
- Personal Initials (i.e. "DAE")
- Personal Monograms (i.e. "ABC")
Warner Brothers tumblers may not be personalized with any of the following:
- Text utilizing or referencing the Licensed Property (i.e. "Harry Potter")
- Political slogans or words
- Business advertising
- Church names, company names, school names, abbreviations of school names, or sports teams, trademarks, slogans, or tag lines
- Events other than those with a family name incorporated (e.g. “Johnson Family Reunion”)
- Text that may violate the integrity and reputation of Warner Bros. Discovery, DC Comics, and any of their subsidiaries or affiliates
